Warranty Administrators benefit from having a technical understanding of vehicles, but this is not essential. Working in a busy centralised team, you will ensure that the work done has been laid out correctly and timing on the jobs are correct. You will prepare the claim and submit it to the manufacturer, including returning parts where required. You will work closely with the Service and Accounts departments. As you would expect, you will need to be IT literate, organised, have good attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines.
