Service Advisor, often recognised as the most difficult job in a dealership. From when the doors open at 8:30am there is a queue at your desk until around 10am. Then the selling starts, once technicians have found additional work that needs doing to the vehicles they are working on. Then the fun bits, giving customers the news that their car/van won’t be ready or presenting them with an invoice. This can be a very stressful job, stressful that is, if you are not organised, flexible, customer orientated and able to work under pressure. On the other hand it can of course be very rewarding.
