Just over a week to go till the end of the month and some franchises seem to be having a tough time in the North East, so no doubt the pressures on to reach those magical targets. Best of luck to everybody.

In the past day or so the Bank of England have introduced the new polymer £5 banknote, this means it can withstand being repeatedly folded into wallets or scrunched up inside pockets and can also survive a wash in the washing machine. The new note also has a transparent window which means it is harder to counterfeit, it seems the new note is already better than the old one. That’s all well and good but it’s just £5. How would you like a chance to win thousands of them? We are giving away lottery tickets to everyone who comes in and registers with us until the 30th September.
September marks the 23rd birthday of Ingenia Recruitment and a lot has changed since 1993; the company has grown, we’ve seen a lot of dealerships go bust or merge together, petrol/diesel prices have risen, the internet and mobile phones have played a big part in technology and recruitment, cars have massively changed in the way they are being made and last but not least Steve has lost all of his hair. The one thing that has remained constant and that is the personal service we give to all of our clients but to put that to the test you will need to give us a call. Everyone who comes in for an interview from 12th September to 30th September will receive a lottery ticket, could the next big win be yours?
From the 31st of August throughout September seems to be a very busy month indeed, what with it being ‘Transfer Deadline Day’ today for the football clubs trying to sign players before 11pm tonight, then month end for everyone in dealerships and getting everything prepared for the new car registrations coming out on the 1st of September, so by the looks of things it will be a very hectic but productive month for the sales departments. Whatever happens this month Ingenia wish you all the best of luck for September.
**NOTE** Candidates we have sent our 6 monthly newsletter out, please check your emails and have a read.
So here we are, it’s almost the last bank holiday weekend before (do we dare say the ‘C’ word) which is creeping up on us at an alarming rate, let’s hope the sun is still shining by Sunday so everyone can enjoy the long weekend. Here at Ingenia we hope all of our clients have a great and busy weekend whatever you are doing.
Well the party is over and Steve’s back from his holidays, so it’s time for some real work to be done. Yesterday we got a very unusual vacancy, a Car Wrapping Technician, if anyone knows of someone who can do this job then please refer them to us and you could be in with a chance of winning a lottery ticket with 10 lucky dips on the night of your choice BUT your referral must have started the job for the chance to win.
This is the last few days of freedom here in the office but while Steve’s still sunning it up in Santorini, Martin, Lorraine and Anna are holding down the fort. So why not give us a call to log a vacancy with us or help you find a new job. Don’t worry we won’t bite!
The 2 day count down has begun for the Rio Olympics opening ceremony and I’m sure over the next few weeks we’ll all be glued to the TV or computer screens cheering on Team GB who performed amazingly 4 years ago in London. While the athletes are competing, here in the office we have introduced our own race and the gold medal being a fresh new challenging career possibly with a better salary too. So why not give us a call or take a look at our website to see what golden jobs could take your fancy.
Looks like Lloyds bank are cutting back again, seems they are becoming less visible and less customer focussed but here at Ingenia we aren’t cutting back nor are we focussing less on our customers in fact we try every way we can to excel in looking after ours.
In the past couple of weeks, the world has gone mad over the new Pokémon GO game, kids and even some adults have downloaded it, got of their couches and went outside hunting for Pokémons. Here at Ingenia we are thinking about creating a new game called Techemon, similar to Pokémon but instead of catching monsters we catch Technicians, Panel Beaters, Painter and MET’s, anyone for a game?
